Through 1:1 coaching, Ami’s work in conjunction with your commitment will allow you to experience a safe space to explore more pleasure (sexual and non-sexual), create a deeper relationship with your sexuality, shift your limiting beliefs/blocks around sexuality and sensuality, and explore the power of healing through pleasure practices.

The concept of Femininity has been explored, honored, lambasted and misunderstood for centuries both culturally and socially. To truly tap into our divine selves, we must unearth and release the blocks thathold us back. These limiting ideas and thought processes have been placed upon us in childhood, via the media, from our parents, siblings, past and current partners; but, we all have the power to grow beyond them and exist fully in our
divine wholeness. 

If you are experiencing a  lack of intimacy with yourself and partners, challenges around finding time for your pleasure practice, trouble manifesting love and worthy partners and the general feeling of unworthiness or being undeserving of love, intimacy, and connection… you are not alone. The exploration of sexuality, intimate and emotional blocks, pleasure and how our relationships affect us is a lifelong practice that Ami Alexander has been committed to understanding since her formative years. Therapy, spirituality and the actual study of the mind and body not only inspires but motivates Ami to share her discoveries and journey with others.

Everything Ami is teaching has come from her own experiences of intimacy, pleasure and sexuality. Her objective is to not only offer tools but also offer safe and loving guidance and community; you are not alone in your journey. This coaching will offer you the courage to expand beyond your self limiting beliefs and experience pleasure, intimacy and love as your birthright. 

Through this work, Ami will create a safe space of healing and discovery for you, the client.  Each individual is unique and has her own experiences and goals so 1:1 sessions will be tailored specifically to you and your needs so you may grow through and thrive beyond the blocks holding you back.

therefore we offer 3 month and 6 month programs.

Sex & Intimacy coaching is highly individualized, and the best way to have your unique questions answered is through a consultation call. In the meantime, here are some basics:

  • Who do you work with?

    Women and potentially your partner if we see fit.

  • What are the payment options?

    3 months - $1,111

    6 months' $2,111

    *We want this work to be accessible so monthly payment plans are available upon request

  • How does this work?

    Via your Discovery Call on Zoom with Ami, you two will determine if you two are a good fit. Keep in mind, this is a commitment in which you will be doing vulnerable and challenging work…both you and Ami must have a strong level of trust and ease within your working relationship.

  • Where are the sessions?

    Zoom and/or in person in the Bay Area at the home of the client.

  • Will this work for me?

    Committing to the method is the best way to get the results you desire. Ami will offer you all of the tools and support you need throughout the program. YOU just need to make the commitment to YOURSELF so you may live as wholly as possible.
